By accessing or using its Services and/or registering for an account with Healthpetron Private Limited, you agree to this privacy policy and you are consenting to Healthpetron Private Limited 's collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information as described here. If you do not provide the information to Healthpetron Private Limited as requires, Healthpetron Private Limited may not be able to provide all of its Services to you.

Your profile picture that will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile. You may optionally provide us with this information through third-party sign-in services such as Facebook and Google Plus. In such cases, we fetch and store whatever information is made available to us by you through these sign-in services.
Your preferences: Your preferences and settings such as time zone and language.
Your content: Information you provide through our Services, including your reviews, photographs, comments, lists, followers, the users you follow, current and prior pathology laboratory reservation details, test details and history, favorite pathology laboratory, special pathology laboratory requests, contact information of people you add to, or notify of, your pathology laboratory Booking through our Services, names, and other information you provide on our Services, and other information in your account profile.
Your searches and other activities: The search terms you have looked up and results you selected.
Your browsing information: How long you used our Services and which features you used; the ads you clicked on.
Your communications: Communications between you and other users or merchants through our Services; your participation in a survey, poll, sweepstakes, contest or promotion scheme; your request for certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates or other products); your communication with us about employment opportunities posted to the services.
Your transactional information: If you make a Booking through our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information. This information may be shared with third-parties which assist in processing and fulfilling your requests, including PCI compliant payment gateway processors. When you submit credit or payment card information, we encrypt the information using industry standard technologies, as further described below under "Payment Card Information." If you write reviews about businesses with which you conduct transactions through our Services, we may publicly display information that you transacted with those businesses.
Your Public Posts: You also may provide information (such as ratings, reviews, tips, photos, comments, likes, bookmarks, friends, lists, etc.) to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on publicly accessible areas of our Services, or transmitted to other users of our Services or third-parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable (see "Security" section below). Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of our Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. You have the option to request your reference to join the Services by providing their contact information. If you request a reference to join and connect with you on the Services, we will only use your reference`s contact information to process your request.

If you exchange messages with others through the Services, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and investigate possible violations of our Terms of Service and wrongdoing in connection with the Services. If you send information from the Services to your mobile device via SMS text message, we may log your phone number, phone carrier, and the date and time that the message was processed. Carriers may charge recipients for texts that they receive.

We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Services, and about your use of the Services, even if you use the Services without registering or logging in.

Mobile device IDs: Unique identifiers (e.g., IDFA) used to recognize your device, store preferences, and track app usage. Unlike cookies, these cannot be deleted. Advertising and analytics partners may use them to measure performance and display relevant ads.

Precise Location Information and How to Opt Out

Healthpetron Private Limited uses pixel tags to measure the popularity of our various pages, features and services. To our subsidiaries and affiliates, which are entities under common ownership or control of our ultimate parent company Healthpetron Private Limited.

Information Shared with Pathology laboratory

When you use our Services, your information is provided to us and to the pathology laboratory with whom you choose to Test. In order to facilitate your test, we provide your information to that pathology laboratory in a similar manner as if you had made appointment for test directly with the pathology laboratory.

If you provide a mobile phone number, pathology laboratory or Healthpetron Private Limited may send you text messages regarding your test status. Some pathology laboratory also requires you to provide credit or debit card or UPI ID account information to secure your appointment for test. When you make a pathology laboratory booking or online test reservation through our Services and/or make a payment to a pathology laboratory through our Services, we may also share with the pathology laboratory additional information, such as information about your test and history or information that we collect from third-parties.

Information you choose to share with a pathology laboratory when you make a booking and/or pay a pathology laboratory through our Services may be used by the pathology laboratory for its own purposes. We do not control the privacy practices of pathology laboratory. Please contact the pathology laboratory directly if you want to learn about its privacy practices.

Payment Card Information

To use certain of our Services, such as to make Booking at certain pathology laboratory and to make payments to certain pathology laboratory, we may require credit or debit card or UPI id account information. By submitting your credit or debit card or UPI id account information through our Services, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with pathology laboratory, third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including but not limited to vendors who provide fraud detection services to us and other third parties), and you further agree to the following terms:

When you use a credit or debit card or UPI id to secure a reservation through our Sites, we provide your credit or debit card or UPI id account information (including card number and expiration date) to our third-party payment service providers and the applicable pathology laboratory.
When you initially provide your credit or debit card or UPI id account information through our Services in order to use our pathology laboratory payment services, we provide your credit or debit card or UPI id account information to our third-party payment service providers. As explained in our Terms of Use, these third parties may store your credit or debit card or UPI id account information so you can use our pathology laboratory payment services through our Services in the future.

AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY

Company reserves the right to effect revisions/modifications to this Privacy Policy, and any of its other policies or procedures concerning the treatment of information collected through the Website, without prior notice. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy on the Website. Subject to the terms and conditions, Healthians shall, upon the written request of the User, delete the Personal information of the User, unless applicable law requires storage of the said Personal information. The mail may be sent to privacy@healthvas.com.

In any event, to the extent required or allowed by applicable law, Healthvas may retain one copy of the Personal information for evidence purposes and/or for the establishment, to exercise or defense of legal claims and/or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any and all disputes arising from this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use will be subject to arbitration to be conducted by an independent sole arbitrator (who shall be a retired judge/judicial officer) to be appointed by the Company. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi and in English language. Subject to arbitration, the jurisdictional courts at New Delhi shall be entitled to grant interim relief/injunction.

A printed version of this Privacy Policy and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Privacy Policy to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

This app is aggregator platform for Lab test booking. You can book Covid 19 or Any other test from this platform. We do not share reports with anyone publicly.

Healthvas is not supporting any functionality for contact tracing for Covid-19.

Healthvas app collects following information for the functionality of the app:

Location Data: Healthvas collects location data to enable location wise sorting of labs. This permission is optional and will be asked only when you use that feature.
Files Data: Healthvas collects storage data (files) to allow you to upload your prescription and is also used to upload your profile photo. This permission is optional and will be asked only when you use that feature.
