Any case beyond 30 days from the day of testing will not be considered.

In all cases, any report comparison with another lab report beyond 3 (three) days will not be considered. Analytes with high physiological variation will not be considered at all.

Schedule for retesting will not be modified once confirmed by the quality team after discussions with the customer.

In the case of any discrepancy of test results, our quality team shall conduct a root cause analysis for the case and accordingly further plan of action will be taken. The retesting shall be subject to an approval from the quality team of Healthvas, whose decision shall be final.

In case, any query is being raised repeatedly after providing a resolution from the quality team (post proper RCA), the resolution provided by the quality team primarily shall be considered as final.

Refund will only be given if the customer’s query is found to be substantiated by the validation process conducted by the quality team.
