Laboratory Partners & Accreditation

HealthVas is a diagnostics service provider, not a diagnostic laboratory. We manage your booking, home sample collection, customer support and report delivery. The testing itself is performed by a NABL-accredited partner laboratory. This page tells you exactly which laboratory that is, and how to verify its accreditation yourself.

How a HealthVas test works

Step 1

You book with HealthVas

You see the real price you'll pay — no inflated MRP, no fake discount.

Step 2

Our phlebotomist collects your sample at home

Our collection staff are trained and ID-verified, and you can check their identity before the draw.

Step 3

Your sample travels to the laboratory

Samples are transported under temperature-controlled conditions to the accredited laboratory in Gurugram.

Step 4

HealthVas delivers your report

Your report names the testing laboratory and the authorised signatory who approved your results.

HealthVas is accountable to you for steps 1, 2 and 4. The laboratory is responsible for performing and authorising your test results.

Where your sample is processed

Across Delhi NCR, HealthVas samples are processed at one accredited laboratory in Gurugram. There is no separate laboratory in each city — your sample is collected at home and transported to this facility under temperature-controlled conditions.

What NABL accreditation means

NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) assesses laboratories against ISO 15189, the international standard for medical laboratory quality and competence. Accreditation is granted to a specific laboratory, at a specific address, for a defined scope of tests.

It is not granted to brands, booking platforms or collection services — which is why HealthVas does not describe itself as NABL-accredited. The laboratory that processes your sample is.

Your report

Every HealthVas report names the testing laboratory, the authorised signatory who approved the results, and the date of reporting. Under Indian regulations, laboratory results are authorised by a registered medical practitioner qualified to do so at the testing laboratory. If anything on your report is unclear, contact us and we'll get it answered by the laboratory.

Can I visit the laboratory?

Processing laboratories are restricted-access clinical facilities, so walk-in visits generally aren't permitted. If you'd like to see one, contact us and we'll request a scheduled visit with the laboratory, subject to their policy. We won't promise access we can't arrange.
